Aryendra Singh, famously known as Arya MJ, started far from the stage, rooted in his passion for dance. In 2012, he focused entirely on mastering the art of ‘Locking,’ even travelling to Bengaluru for training. Inspired by Michael Jackson’s iconic Dangerous MTV performance in 1995, Arya realised Lucknow’s music scene lacked performers who could blend disco and funk with live music—and he set out to change that.
“The toughest part was building my own identity”, Arya MJ admits. His creativity doesn’t stop at music; he designs his stage outfits, ensuring every detail reflects his artistic vision.

Together with Hrithik on vocals and acoustic guitar and Amogh David on drums, The Rossini Band is already making its mark. From performing at top venues like Vint Club and Hyatt Regency to judging the prestigious IIT Roorkee Thomso 2024 Lucknow zonals, the band has quickly earned a reputation for their originality and energy.
