The cafe has all of your regular grub, shakes, smoothies, all sorts of egg preparations, breakfast bowls, platters, not so basic salads, pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwiches and much much more.
And the best part you ask? Well everything is healthy, it is prepared in very little to no oil, the veggies they use are fresh and if you like the restaurant can also inform you about the calorie count of the meal you’re having.

We love the eggs benedict here, beautifully poached eggs with a soft middle, hollandaise sauce, a layer of cheese all put on top of a homemade whole wheat bun and dotted with fresh greens.
And if you’re coming here for a post workout meal get the ‘gym special’ platter which comes with grilled chicken, sprouts, egg whites, sauteed veggies and a choice of flavoured tea/fresh juice/coffee/buttermilk.
