The IPL season has just begun and we’re all already glued to the television screen. For Jaipurites, the IPL is gonna be more than just watching the matches on TV because the city will be host to 7 matches of the Rajasthan Royals. Since there are plenty of matches in the city, you have enough time to visit at least one game and it’s an experience you must not miss, even if you’re not a cricket fan.
This year, Rajasthan Royals’ home ground will be Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur and the ground has undergone all the necessary improvements to keep it up to the standards of the team. This comes as great news for fans of the team and residents of Jaipur.

The team will play their first match today, against Kings XI Punjab at the same ground. This has been a much awaited match by fans of both teams as they have a lot of potential and could change the course of the tournament. Though tickets for this match have already been sold out, you can opt for any of the other matches at Jaipur.
The energy here, at Sawai Mansingh Stadium is going to be throbbing and will be flush with supporters of the Rajasthan team, all of whom will cheer their team to victory. Fans’ support on the home ground has a lot to do with the performance and the team is hard at work to put their best foot forward.
The team will play six other matches against the remaining opposing team. 6 of these matches will be played in Jaipur, while the others will be played at the other teams’ home grounds.
