Reliance Jio 5G services are now available in Indore and Bhopal. Soon, Jio users of these two cities will be invited for Jio Welcome Offer, to experience unlimited data at up to 1 Gbps+ speeds with no additional cost.
The company has started this facility in view of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and Global Investor Summit to be held in Indore, next month.
Every town of Madhya Pradesh to enjoy Jio 5G by Dec, 2023
Using tele-terminology, 5G is basically fifth-generation technology standard adopted by broadband cellular networks, a successor to 4G network. With Standalone True 5G, Jio promises to deliver new and powerful services such as low latency connectivity, massive machine-to-machine communication, 5G voice, edge computing and network slicing.
Jio has invested a whooping ₹4,420 crore for the deployment True 5G network in MP. Further, the company claims to be the only one that has deployed its Standalone True 5G network which has zero dependency on 4G network.
By January 2023, Jio plans to launch its Jio True 5G services in other major cities like Jabalpur and Gwalior. In addition, every town and taluka of Madhya Pradesh will be able to enjoy Jio True 5G services by the end of December, 2023.
Jio Welcome Offer now available in all 5G-enabled cities
Keeping key metro cities in mind, Jio has successfully launched 5G services in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Varanasi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Nathdwara, Pune, and 33 districts of Gujarat.
However, the company is offering 5G on an invite-basis called the Jio Welcome offer. Those who are living in a 5G-enabled city and using a 5G compatible phone with a Jio SIM will get the invite for the Jio Welcome offer.
