The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has partnered with Jaro Education, one of India’s leading edtech firms, to kick off a first-of-its-kind certification program on Public & Corporate Leadership in VUCA world.
The eight-month-long certification program will be targeted towards learners and working professionals. During this, they will be guided to assess political risks in various contexts and devise adequate methods to recover from such risks and crises.
What is VUCA World?
The concept of VUCA world relates to the increase in Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity in society. This means that the world requires more and more constructive approaches to management and leadership to guarantee positive results under changed circumstances.
Contributing to the approach, IIM Indore’s certification program will aid budding managers by providing necessary tools and guidance for political risk management.

The Corporate & Public Leadership Programme in VUCA World will commence with a 3-days immersive IIM campus experience for its learners.
Furthermore, the program will also include 75 hrs+ of recorded educational material curated by the faculties of IIM Indore which will be available on the Jaro Education Learning Experience platform.
Moreover, the learners will get extensive exposure for the development of their leadership perspective with the inclusion of live lectures, case discussions, project work, assignments, term papers and more.
Enrollment info and eligibility for the program

The program is for working professionals/entrepreneurs with minimum 3 years of work experience.

Applicants should have diploma (10+2+3)/UG (10+2+3 or equivalent)/PG certification in any discipline recognised by UGC/AICTE with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
