Based on a village theme, this place lets you enjoy the authentic Rajasthani flavours the real way. They do no skimp on the choice of local cuisine they serve which includes-gatta masala,makke ki roti, kadhi, churma, bajre ki roti, malpua, saag, missi roti, and seasonal veggies fried in mustard oil among many other things. Bajre ki khichdi and chawal loaded with a ton of fresh churned butter are the major attractions of this place.

Situated at MI Road, Natraj is a place that is known for its Thalis; Chinese, Continental, South Indian, you name it and they have it. But the best and the most popular one here, is the Rajasthani Thali that comes with local favourites such as daal bati, different kinds of churma, gatte ki sabzi and kadhi-rice, bajre ki roti and what not. Besides the thalis, they also serve of a wide range of sweets, dahi vadas, kachoris, chaat and samosas that’ll make you feel all warm and happy.
5. 1135 AD

Located within the Amer Fort, 1135 AD is a king’s dining hall. This restaurant is everything lavish, from the decor to the seating, everything at this heritage restaurant will remind you that you truly are in the city of forts and kings. The food here is also royal inspired. A lot of dishes, like the famous ‘Laal Maas’, are inspired by what the royals would eat in their day. Albeit a little on the expensive side, the food, ambience and the service here will make you feel nothing less than royalty.
6. Rawat Mishthan Bhandar

Although a sweet shop, Rawat Mishthan Bhandar is where the locals come to eat. Here you’ll find some of the most amazing Rajasthani snacks, the crispy and fluffy kachoris and spicy samosas right out of the wok will make you salivate. You especially need to try their pyaaz ki kachori, it is like a tiny deep fried piece of heaven.
7. Laxmi Mishthan Bhandar

Popularly known as LMB, this sweet shop cum restaurant is probably the most popular place in Pink City. Although this place offers a variety of appetizing food including North Indian, South Indian, Street Food and Chinese, the main attraction here is the local cuisine. Do try the Rajasthani Thali, Chaat, Dahi Vada, Onion Kachori, Paneer Lababdar, Aloo Tikki and Sweet Lassi here. It would be a sin to come here and not taste the famous deep fried dessert- Ghevar.
