With an aim of providing learners with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the technical fundamentals of cyberspace and related matters, IIT Kanpur and its Cybersecurity Technology and Innovation Hub, C3iHub are launching a specialized Cybersecurity Skilling Program.
This 8-week certificate program is intended to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to tackle cybersecurity challenges in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. For this, IIT Kanpur has released a list of required qualification for candidates along with several insights into the course curriculum.

Educational qualifications: Candidates who are willing to apply for the course must have knowledge about basics of computer networks, operating system (Linux / Windows) while skills associated with Bash script and Python is optional.
Course info: The 8-week certificate program will be conducted in Hindi and will comprise live sessions, online assignments and hands-on exercises, with a total of 6 hours per week.
The certificate program has a unique feature, wherein SC/ST students can apply for free, as their enrolment is funded by DST, Govt. of India. Upon completion of the program, C3iHub will issue a certificate to the students, which can enhance their professional profile.
